"Came damaged, but they made it right"
My print showed up with one corner of the frame cracked, probably happened during shipping. I sent them a couple photos by email and they got a replacement out quick, so that part was easy enough. It was a little annoying, definitely annoying to have to deal with it, but the art looks really good now that it’s sorted. I’d still order from them again.

"Delivery was a letdown"
My order arrived later than expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. The frame itself was fine, but I needed it as a gift, so it was frustrating. A friend had recommended this to me, so I was hoping for a smoother experience.

"Really happy with how the print turned out"
I ordered a framed print it came out really nice. The colors are super clean, and even when I got up close to check it, nothing looked blurry or weird. Also, the paper feels better than I expected, not that thin cheap kind. It looks great on the wall, which was the main thing I was hoping for. The frame looks good too, forgot to mention that. I’d definitely order another one if I end up needing more prints.

"It works, but the site feels kinda cluuunky"
I did end up finding what I needed, so that was good, but getting around the site was a little annoyinggg. The navigation just didn’t feel super smooth and made the whole thing take longer than it should’ve

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The frame showed up in one piece, so that’s good, but the box felt flimsy. The corners really needed more padding. I don’t have much patience for weak packaging when something could easily get damaged.

"Frame’s alright, I guess"
It looks decent once it’s up, but it kinda feels a little cheap when you’re handling it. Not terrible, just not amazing either.

"Cheap-looking matting and frustrating support loop"
The frame itself was fine, but the matting really disappointed me. The edges looked rough, and one corner wasn’t even cut straight, so it made the whole thing look cheaper than it should have. For the price, I expected a lot better. I also tried reaching out to support, but it felt like I was just getting passed around in a loop without anyone actually helping.

"Nice frame, but the print could’ve been sharper"
The order arrived without any issues, and I do like the frame — it looks nice overall. But I have to say, the image itself was a bit fuzzier than I was expecting. From a distance it looks fine, but once you get closer, you can definitely tell it’s a little blurry. It’s not awful or anything, but for the price, I kind of feel like they could’ve made sure the print quality was higher...

I ordered a beach photo, but what showed up was a city picture instead. Mistakes happen, but reading between the lines, it seems like my order got mixed up somewhere along the way. Disappointing since I was expecting something totally different

"Return went fine, just took longer than I expected"
I ended up returning a frame because the color looked different in person than I thought it would. I know colors can look a little different online, so I wasn’t trying to be picky, but it really just didn’t match what I needed. The return steps were easy enough to follow, and customer service did get back to me, just not very quickly. The refund also took longer than I expected. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t especially great either

"Am I missing something, or was support just really slow?"
Am I missing something here? I reached out to customer service and it took way too long to get a reply. When they finally did respond, it didn’t really solve much or feel all that helpful. Frustrating experience overall

I ordered a framed print and overall I’m really happy with it. The colors look close to what I saw in the photos online, maybe just a touch darker in person, but not a big deal and definitely not enough for me to send it back. The frame looks good too and feels nicely done. I do wish the preview was a little more exact, but I’m still glad I bought it

"Not thrilled with my framedart.com order"
I ordered from framedart.com a few weeks ago, i was let down when it finally arrived. I’d been checking the tracking for days because shipping took longer than I expected, and by the time I opened it, the print looked a lot duller than it did online. The frame also felt kind of cheap to me, especially for what I paid.

I contacted customer service shortly after getting it, hoping they could offer some kind of real solution, but the response I got felt basic and didn’t really help much. Maybe I just had bad luck with this order, but after waiting that long and still being disappointed, I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from framedart.com because I was trying to finally finish decorating this one empty wall in my living room that’s been bothering me for months, and I figured the order would arrive in a normal amount of time. Instead, the shipping was painfully slow, and the tracking info barely changed for days, so I kept checking it myself like that was somehow going to make it move faster.
By the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed with the whole thing. The item itself might be perfectly fine, but after waiting that long and getting basically no useful updates, it kind of took the excitement out of it for me.

"Really liked customizing the frame"
I ordered a print from framedart.com and had fun messing around with all the options. You can choose the frame, mat color, size, and preview the whole thing before you buy, which was super helpful because who wants to guess how it’ll look??
When it showed up, it was pretty much exactly what I had in mind. It took me a while to decide since there were so many choices, but is that really a bad thing?? I’d definitely order from them again.

"I ordered a specific size expecting it..."
I ordered a specific size expecting it to match what was listed, but it showed up smaller and now my print doesn’t fit right at all. The description made it sound like it would work, but it was one of those vague promises that doesn’t really hold up once you actually get the product. Frustrating and not worth the hassle.

"Nice art, but the pricing felt a little off"
I spent some time browsing FramedArt.com they do have some really nice pieces. But the ones I liked started feeling pricey once I got into the framing and shipping costs. That part was weird because the artwork looked good, but the total didn’t really feel worth it to me at full price. I’d maybe consider ordering during a sale, but probably not at the regular prices...
